IPRA SWOT Analysis
IPRA has asked all affiliate members to complete a
SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat)
Analysis to aid IPRA with their development of their next
strategic plan. Please email/call/fax me your input on
any or all of the 4 areas of the analysis. I will combine
all responses and present it at the October meeting. We
will review/amend/change as the membership sees fit
and mail in the analysis. Let you ideas/comments and
concerns be heard!

Strengths
What do you believe are the strengths of IPRA?
Strengths are attributes of the organization that are
helpful; to achieving our outcomes and objectives.

Weaknesses
What do you believe are the weaknesses of IPRA?
Weaknesses are attributes of the organization that are
harmful to achieving our outcomes and objectives.

Opportunities
What do you believe are the opportunities that are
available for the association now and in the future?
Opportunities are external conditions that are helpful
achieving our outcome objectives.

Threats
What do you believe are the threats facing IPRA?
Threats are external conditions which could do damage
to the association's performance.

due by October's meeting and checks should be made to
